BUILDING HOMES TO BUILD COMMUNITY

Three decades of experience. Strong partnerships.

Community commitment. Innovative solutions.

Founded in 1990, Interfaith Housing Alliance (IHA) develops and preserves affordable housing and helps communities thrive throughout Western and Central Maryland.

Our mission is to strengthen communities by providing affordable housing opportunities and supportive services that improve quality of life and economic stability for seniors, working families, and individuals.

Our vision is a future where everyone has access to safe, decent, affordable housing and the opportunity to build a more stable and successful life.

Through affordable housing, educational programs, supportive services, strong partnerships, and innovative development strategies, IHA works to reduce the barriers individuals and families face in finding and maintaining a safe, affordable place to call home.
