Homeless Resource Day Oct. 1st

The Carroll County Department of Social Services is holding a Homeless Resource Day for individuals and families who may be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The event will be held on Saturday, October 1st from 10 am to 4 pm at Winters Mill High School in Westminster and will feature health screening and services, employment information, housing information, legal services, veterans information, photo IDs and birth certificates, and free shuttle service from all over the county.
