IHA’s primary areas of focus include Western and Central Maryland and South Central Pennsylvania regions.
Our current strategic plan allows for development in the following counties:
Pennsylvania: Franklin County and Adams County.
Maryland: Allegany, Washington, Frederick, Montgomery, Carrol and Anne Arundel.
