Interfaith Housing Alliance is continuously working on building new affordable housing communities. Currently there are two communities in Frederick, MD and one other community in Chambersburg, PA.

Frederick, Maryland Communities

520 North Market


520 North Market Street will be the location of another downtown Frederick affordable housing community. The community will provide 59 apartments in total, featuring one, two, and three bedroom apartments. There will also be a community room, computer lab, rooftop deck, and onsite parking. It is anticipated that the construction will be complete in 2018.

Sinclair Way


Sinclair Way will be a brand new apartment community located in the historic district of downtown Frederick, MD. Residents will enjoy easy access to work, schools, shopping, and public transportation. There will be three, two, and one bedroom units will be available. Each unit will have a fully equipped kitchen, spacious floor plan, and wall to wall carpeting. Additional  community room with kitchenette, laundry centers, fully equipped fitness room, computer lab, on-side management, and 24-hour maintenance will be available.

Washington Square Town Homes & Apartments


Washington Square will soon have 54 new rental units available! There will be three bedroom townhomes, two bedroom apartments, and three bedroom apartments in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Each of these new units includes a living room, dining room, separate kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and microwave.
