STOP Budget Cuts in FY 2006
Credible reports indicate that President Bush’s 2006 budget, was
presented to Congress on February 7, 2005, and proposes drastic cuts to
several domestic anti-poverty programs in order to feed the growing
deficit caused by tax cuts and the Iraq war.
